Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Description:

The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is responsible for the weekly lawn maintenance/landscape maintenance accounts. This person will also be responsible for fulfilling various functions at the shop such as maintaining inventoried materials and ensuring scheduled machine/equipment maintenance is being completed.

Activities in a typical workweek (Include but are not limited to):

  1. Leading a crew of 1-3 persons through the completion of our Lawn Maintenance Clients and Maintenance Clients
  2. Operating equipment including; lawn mowers, trimmers and other miscellaneous construction equipment.
  3. Recording and reporting labor hours/material use to supervisor.
  4. Maintaining inventory levels for your department.

Landscape Construction Craftsman

Description:

The Construction Craftsman is responsible for the installation of hardscape and softscape projects, ponds and waterfalls, as well as any other miscellaneous projects as assigned. He/she will be responsible for layout (per design specification), coordination/collaboration with sub-contractors, ordering/delivering local materials, delegating tasks to crew workers, and managing and recording the project’s labor hours. This person will also be responsible for fulfilling various functions at the shop such as maintaining inventoried materials and ensuring scheduled machine/equipment maintenance is being completed.

Activities in a typical workweek (Include but are not limited to):

  1. Leading a crew of 1-3 persons through the completion of various landscape and/or water feature construction projects.
  2. Operating equipment including skid steer loaders, mini excavators, vibratory compactors, and other miscellaneous construction equipment.
  3. Ensuring all equipment has received weekly/daily maintenance and is being kept clean and safe
  4. Recording and reporting labor hours/material use to supervisor.
  5. Maintaining inventory levels for bulk shop materials and other miscellaneous inventoried items.
